Training Materials

The Training Materials page contains resources from ILAB’s Office of Child Labor, Forced Labor, and Human Trafficking (OCFT) and Office of Trade and Labor Affairs (OTLA). Each office’s training modules include an introduction to the frameworks and tools they use in their monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes. OCFT’s training series contains an introduction to results-based management, developing results frameworks and indicators, and using data for project improvement. OTLA’s training series introduces learners to the Theory of Sustained Change (TOsC), and provides support for adaptation, learning, indicator development, and complexity-aware approaches.
