Public Comment for Proposed ICR Changes

On September 29, 2026, the Department published an Information Collection Request (ICR) concerning a proposed revision to the ICR titled "DOL-only Performance Accountability, Information, and Reporting." This change is intended to reduce burden on grantees while also serves to enhance and improve performance reporting under this collection.

The 60-day comment period for OMB Control No. 1205-0521 began on 9/29/2026 and will end on 11/30/2026.
