Public Comment Period for Performance Information Collection Requests

An Information Collection Request (ICR) concerning a proposed revision for the authority to conduct the ICR titled "DOL-only Performance Accountability, Information, and Reporting" was published for public comment on September 29, 2026. This change is intended to reduce burden on grantees while also serves to enhance and improve performance reporting under this collection. 

This collection is the DOL-only Performance Reporting requirements for Department of Labor employment and training programs. 

The 60-day comment period for OMB Control No. 1205-0521 began on 9/29/2026 and will end on 11/30/2026.
