Funding Opportunity Announcement: Monitoring & Evaluation Toolkit

The Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), U.S. Department of Labor, announces the availability of approximately $1,000,000 total costs for one or more cooperative agreements to fund a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) technical assistance project. The objective of the project is to increase the ability of ILAB’s recipients to improve labor rights and working conditions abroad by developing an M&E Toolkit for a growing and diversifying portfolio of child labor and forced labor interventions. This toolkit will assist recipients to better measure, target, monitor, and evaluate specific sectors and cross-cutting themes, and will contribute to the overall body of knowledge on how best to monitor and evaluate child labor and forced labor projects.
