About the Exhibit

The Century of Service exhibit is located in the North Plaza of the U.S. Department of Labor's Frances Perkins Building, 200 Constitution Ave NW, Washington, D.C.

It features a series of panels with each union's seal or logo. The exhibit currently commemorates the centennials of 45 labor organizations. à I'll have OCIO remove the hyperlink to "exhibit" since it's a circular reference to its parent page, which isn't a best practice.

There are many national labor organizations in the United States with long and proud traditions of service that are not currently listed in this Honor Roll. All organizations listed have provided the Department with creation dates indicating that they are at least 100 years old. Additional labor organizations will be added to the Honor Roll as they reach their one-hundredth anniversary.

The Department acknowledges the cooperation and assistance of the participating labor organizations in providing their seals or logos and historical information. The seals and logos are the property of the labor organizations and may not be duplicated without permission.

The exhibit is maintained by the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Policy, and is open to the public during government working hours.
