This outreach technical assistance page is intended to provide materials to help Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) practitioners conduct outreach to better identify trade affected layoffs, get worker list information, and reach eligible participants.

TAA Navigator Model

Based on a model developed by Oregon, the TAA Navigator model has been shown to substantially improve the identification of worker groups and improve take up rates.
