To announce the availability of funding for 2023 Quality Jobs, Equity, Strategy, and Training (QUEST) Disaster Recovery National Dislocated Worker Grants (DWGs) and convey updated submission and project requirements.

To correct an error in Attachment I of Training and Employment Notice (TEN) No. 19-22 and rescind TEN No. 19-22.
