Instructions to States for Ongoing Workload-Based Administrative Funding for the Federal Benefit Programs Under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, as amended
To provide states with instructions for requesting continued workload-based administrative funding for CARES Act benefit programs. The programs covered under this Unemployment Insurance Program Letter (UIPL) include Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC), Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA), Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC), and Mixed Earners Unemployment Compensation (MEUC).
