Issuance of Revised Appendix E of the Employment and Training (ET) Handbook No. 407

Purpose

To notify states that Appendix E of ET Handbook No. 407, 4th Edition, Tax Performance System (TPS), regarding state employer Unemployment Insurance (UI) audit functions (formerly “field audit functions”) and procedures, has been revised.
