To encourage the workforce system to collaborate with the U.S. Department of Commerce's Manufacturing Extension Partnership program to provide assistance and support to small and medium-sized manufacturing firms with the ultimate goal of supporting economic growth while preserving and creating jobs.

To update the guidance in TEGL 12-14 to States on the funding limits of PY 2014 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015) for planning and implementation activities associated with the transition to WIOA.
