II-1 Attachment II Data on Participation and Performance by Demographic Group 40 The below analysis uses ETA performance data to show outcomes for different population groups in the Adult and Dislocated Worker programs segmented by whether or not the participant completed training. Across the board exiters that completed training had higher average median earnings and employment rate than those who did not complete training.
