Appendix V -1- Appendix V Workforce Information Grants Allotment Activities Workforce Information Grants WIGs . Total funds for PY 2022 are 32 000 000. After reducing the total by 44 000 for program integrity 31 956 000 is available for Workforce Information Grants. Funds are distributed to states by administrative formula with 176 694 for Guam and the United States Virgin Islands. Guam and the United States Virgin Islands allotment amounts are partially based on CLF data from the BLS Current Population Study. The remaining funds are distributed to the states with 40 percent distributed equally to all states and 60 percent distributed based on each state s share of the CLF for the 12 months ending September 2021. Attachment J contains the allotment amounts. Activities to be performed with money from WIGS will be described in a TEGL published later this year.
