L. 115-31 Consolidated Appropriations Act 2017 restored the FY 2017 Advance funds to originally appropriated levels. Previously section 101 of Pub. L. 114-254 Further Continuing Appropriations Act 2017 enacted a 0.1901 percent reduction on such funds. Therefore states are due to receive additional funding from the FY 2017 Advance which was previously withheld under the Continuing Resolution. This table contains only the amount of additional funding due to the states and outlying areas.
