However these are also services specifically authorized by AEFLA and provided by eligible providers as instructional or program services. Because of this the program services and career services costs do not lend themselves to differentiation. Therefore on the WIOA Statewide and Local Performance Report Template workforce preparation activities and English language acquisition programs are not included in the career services costs calculation. 15 If a program is using title II AEFLA funds to provide an IET program the training component would be categorized as a training service and should be included in the cost calculation of Training Services on the WIOA Statewide and Local Performance Report Template.
