To provide checklists of all currently active ETA Advisories as well as checklists of all ETA Advisories rescinded cancelled since the previously issued checklists. 2.References. Training and Employment Guidance Letter TEGL 6-01 Changes to the Employment and Training Administration ETA Advisory System Training and Employment Notice TEN 21-13 Employment and Training Administration ETA Advisory Checklists Update. 3. Background. TEGL 6-01 describes the ETA Advisory system and requires that checklists be issued rescinding cancelling obsolete advisories and listing those remaining active. TEN 21-13 was the most recent advisory providing the status of General Administrative Letters GALs TEGLs Unemployment Compensation Program Letters UCPLs and Unemployment Insurance Program Letters UIPLs . 4.Information. Attachments A through E of this TEN provide the current status of all GALs TEGLs and UCPLs UIPLs both active and rescinded as of the date of this TEN. Those advisories not listed in the attachments have been rescinded cancelled by previously issued advisories. Please note that the status of Unemployment Insurance Program Letter UIPL 43-89 U.S. Supreme Court Decision in Frazee v. Illinois Department of Employment Security and UIPL 2-09 Change 2 Recovery of Unemployment Compensation Debts Due to Fraud or to Working while Claiming Benefits from Federal Income Tax Refunds has been revised to active.
