Previously section 115 of H.R. 2017 Continuing Appropriations Act 2012 enacted a 1.503 percent temporary reduction on such funds. Therefore states are due to receive additional funding from the FY 2012 Advance which was previously withheld pending a full year appropriation. This table contains only the amount of additional funding due to the states.
