L. 114-254 Further Continuing Appropriations Act 2017 Section 101 enacted a 0.1901 percent reduction which was applicable to FY 2017 Advance funds appropriated in prior appropriations. Previously section 101 of Pub. L. 114-223 Continuing Appropriations Act 2017 enacted a 0.496 percent reduction on such funds. Therefore states are due to receive additional funding from the FY 2017 Advance which was previously withheld under the initial Continuing Resolution. This table contains only the amount of additional funding due to the states. U. S.
