KULICK S S Administrator for Regional Management SUBJECT Revised Federal Schedule of Remuneration for Use in Determining Benefit Eligibility Under the Unemployment Compensation for Ex-Servicemembers UCX Program 1. Purpose. To transmit the revised Federal Schedule of Remuneration UCX based on the January 1 1990 military pay increase. 2. Reference. Chapter XIV ET Handbook No 384 20 CFR 614.12 and 5 U.S.C. 8521 a 2 . 3. Instructions. State Employment Security Agencies SESAs shall use the attached schedule to determine Federal military wages for UCX first claims filed beginning with the first day of the first week which begins after March 31 1990 pursuant to 20 CFR 6l4.l2 c . SESAs will continue to use the existing schedule for UCX first claims filed before the effective date of the attached revised schedule. As provided by 20 CFR 6l4.l2 d the attached schedule shall be published as a notice in the Federal Register. 4. Action Required. Administrators should provide the above instructions and the attached revised schedule to appropriate staff. 5. Inquiries. Direct inquiries to the appropriate Regional Office. 6. Attachment.
