Attachment NONMONETARY DETERMINATION EVALUATION TRAINING SEMINAR June 4 8 2007 HOTEL SEMINAR LOCATION The Warwick Hotel 1776 Grant Street Denver Colorado 80203 SEMINAR HOURS Begins Monday June 4 2007 1 p.m. Concludes Friday June 8 2007 noon A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel under the group name U. S. Department of Labor BTQ Training. The rate is 127 for deluxe rooms single occupancy plus 14.85 percent tax per night. The daily parking and overnight rate is 12. Valet parking is available for 18 per day. Each individual is responsible for contacting the hotel at 303 861-2000 or 800 525-2888 to make his her reservation. Please reference the group name to ensure that you receive the seminar rate. Reservations should be made no later than May 3 2007. GROUND TRANSPORTATION Taxis are available from Denver International Airport at a rate of 46. There is also shuttle service provided by Super Shuttle for 19 per person or 34 per person round trip. Super Shuttle is located near the baggage claim on the lower level of the airport or information can be obtained from any of the airport transportation service desks throughout the airport. S. Department of Labor BTQ Training. The rate is 188 plus 14.5 percent tax per night. Daily or overnight valet parking is available for 21.50 per day plus tax. Reservations should be made no later than July 19 2007 4 00 p.m. EDT . GROUND TRANSPORTATION Taxis are available from either Reagan Washington National Airport at a rate of about 20 or Dulles International Airport at a rate of about 65. Shuttle service such as Super Shuttle is available from Reagan Washington National Airport for about 16 or from Dulles International Airport for about 65. Other shuttle information may be obtained from any of the airport transportation service desks throughout the airport. Metro Subway The hotel is located directly across the circle from the Foggy Bottom- GWU Metro station on the Blue Line. The Blue Line runs from Reagan Washington National Airport to this station with no change of trains. S. Department of Labor BTQ Training. The rate is 136.00 plus 15.6 percent tax per night. Daily and overnight valet parking is available for 29 plus tax per day.
