May 15 June 13 2003 Lockheed Martin ICON will verify that the SWAs are able to send the approved record layout file. Certification may begin sooner. May 26 28 2003 ICON will verify that the record layout submitted by the SWAs can be transmitted to the IRS contractor Accenture. June 12 July 1 2003 The SWAs will submit completed record layout files to ICON to ensure the data and files are received with no errors. July 21 31 2003 Validation of Deployment.
