It will also identify the necessary data collection and analysis that will support achieving those outcomes. The new electronic reporting format will be explained. Complaint System currently works and provide ideas on how to better integrate the E.S. Complaint System into other complaint systems operating in the one-stops. Team Leader Richard Olivarez 3 15 4 45 MAFO Sessions THURSDAY 9 00 - 10 30 Effectively Managing Outreach This session will focus on identifying how maximize resources and effectively manage an outreach program. Current requirements and best-practices will be discussed in depth. Team Leader Joaquin Bermudez 10 30 - 12 00 Agricultural Recruitment System ARS This session will focus on the most effective methods for managing the labor exchange between employers and MSFWs across state lines. The use of technology and methods to ensure all job requirements are fully communicated to potential workers will be explored as will the relationship of ARS to the H-2a program. Cancellation Policy All conference registration cancellation must be made in writing. A full refund will be made to anyone whose cancellation is post-marked on or before April 1 2003. However a 50.00 processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation postmarked after the April 1 2003. Registration fees for no shows fee will not be refundable. Registrations fees are transferable to other individuals but must be accompany by a letter.
