WASHINGTON — Phyllis C. Borzi, assistant secretary of labor for the Employee Benefits Security Administration, will host a teleconference Jan. 10 from 1-2 p.m. EST to discuss the U.S. Department of Labor’s implementation of the Affordable Care Act and the important protections that the legislation has introduced for America’s workers.
