The New York City Employment and Training Coalition hosted a listening session for the President's Task Force on New Americans with Ben Seigel, center, from the Department's Employment and Training Administration. Wage and Hour Division Investigator Joseph Diaz presents FLSA information in Spanish to restaurant employers in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Restaurant employers requested the training following investigations of their businesses by the division. In fiscal year 2014, the Wage and Hour Division's Little Rock District Office found wage violations in 63 restaurant investigations in northwest Arkansas.
