Marine and Iraq Veteran Gary Brown is studying aviation technology at Mid-South Community College in West Memphis, Ark. thanks to a scholarship provided through a DOL-funded community-based job training grant. Brown feels the training will ultimately help him achieve a "dream" aviation job.
