To remind State Workforce Agencies (SWAs) of the importance of keeping the ICON Central Listing of Vessels up-to-date. The Central Listing of Vessels assists SWAs’ claims-taking staff when unemployment insurance (UI) claims are filed by maritime workers.

To announce revisions to the FY 2002 UI GPRA goals.

To transmit additional BAM DCA Questions and Answers to state workforce agencies (SWA).

To change the effective date of Unemployment Insurance Program Letter (UIPL) No. 39-97, Change 1, to July 1, 2002.

To transmit the subject computation for State Workforce Agency usage in computing minimum weekly DUA amounts for all major disasters declared during the fourth quarter of fiscal year (FY) 2007.
