To announce the release and availability of two evaluation reports and two briefs on the Self-Employment Training (SET) Demonstration.

To notify states that the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) will conduct an assessment of state quarterly financial reports – ETA Form 9130 (OMB Control No. 1205-0461). The assessment will focus on whether each state’s reported data on obligations meets ETA requirements provided in the 9130 instructions and other ETA provided financial reporting guidance and training.

The purpose of this notice is to inform state and local workforce system leaders and other stakeholders comprising the nation's employment and training system and One Stop Centers of the Employment and Training Administration's (ETA) plans to issue operating guidance on the implementation of WIOA and to continue to provide technical assistance.

To provide information and expand awareness of the expiration of the HCTC Program on December 31, 2019 and to advise States in assisting job seekers and workers.

To ensure states are aware of the Schedule of Remuneration for the UCX program that reflects the military pay increase effective January 1, 2020.

To distribute an electronic version of a new Guide to State and Local Workforce Data: For Analysis and Informed Decision Making (hereafter referred to as the "Guide"), which makes it easy for a wide variety of users to understand what state and local labor market information/workforce information (LMI/WI) is available on various topics and to locate specific data tables quickly.

To provide information and expand awareness of the extension of the HCTC Program, to advise States in assisting job seekers and workers, and to cancel, effective immediately, Training and Employment Notice (TEN) No. 10-19.
