Making Equity Real: Creating Career Pathways and Good Jobs in the Arts

Join the U.S. Department of Labor and Acting Secretary Julie Su for a discussion celebrating this year's national theme of Black History Month African Americans and the Arts. This event will highlight the importance of good jobs, equity and job quality in the arts. particularly for Black workers. In this conversation, we’ll address the critical role that unions play in achieving equity for workers of color in this industry. In addition to a speaking program and panel, this event will feature artistic presentations and an opportunity to network and mingle with key stakeholders.
