The Annual FOIA Reports contain detailed statistics on agencies' FOIA activities, including the number of FOIA requests and appeals received, processed, and pending. What are Chief FOIA Officer Reports?

In accordance with the President's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Memorandum of January 21, 2009, the Attorney General issued FOIA Guidelines on March 19, 2009, calling on all agencies to reaffirm the government's commitment to accountability and transparency.
