March 9, 1918

My dear Mr. Secretary:

I have your letter of March eighth apprising me of the creation of the War Labor Conference Board and of the plans for its meeting three times a week. The plan is certainly a wise one and I hope that all your expect of it will come out of it.

Cordially and sincerely yours,

Woodrow Wilson
