The CO must check the electronic CMS and EIS to obtain a list of prior compliance evaluations of the contractor’s corporate headquarters and other establishments, and to identify any issues in the reviews. This may be useful for identifying information that the CO should obtain or examine during the on-site review. If this task was a part of a previous related desk audit, the CO should review this information as part of the preparation for the on-site. If a CA was obtained in a prior review, the on-site review should provide an opportunity to confirm that the contractor took and appropriately maintained the corrective action.
