The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ (OFCCP) Employment Resource Referral Directory (Directory) can help federal contractors and subcontractors (contractors) find qualified workers. The Directory lists many not-for-profit organizations as references to assist contractors in hiring qualified applicants and fulfill their equal employment opportunity obligations.
You can search for individual entries for a region or state or download the entire Directory. Once downloaded, you can import the information into any word processor, spreadsheet, or database. For help using the Directory, click here.
This Directory contains information and links to information created and maintained by organizations outside of the Department of Labor. OFCCP does not control or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of this outside information. Further, the inclusion of links is not intended to endorse any views expressed or implied or recommend products or services offered by the author of the reference or the organization operating the site on which the reference is maintained.
The Department of Labor reserves the right to exclude or terminate from the Directory any organization that promotes or supports any policy, position or cause that could conceivably embarrass the Department of Labor or conflicts with departmental policies, programs, procedures and responsibilities.
Getting Listed in the Directory
We want the Directory to be as current and wide reaching as possible so we invite entities wishing to be included to submit their information. If you would like your organization to be included in the Directory, submit its name, address, and brief description of its goals and activities to OFCCP. You may submit information:
U.S. Department of Labor
Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs
200 Constitution Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20210
Your listing in the Directory does not guarantee that a contractor will contact your organization. Linkages are negotiated and arranged by the contractor and the resource organization and do not need OFCCP approval.
In order to improve the usefulness of this Directory, OFCCP welcomes feedback from all stakeholders. Suggestions and recommendations for improvement should be sent to the contact information listed above.
