Emerging technologies allow organizations to enhance their ability to analyze large volumes of data, identify patterns, detect potential compliance issues and streamline the processes used in employment practices including hiring, promotions, compensation and terminations, among others. Irrespective of the level of technical sophistication involved, OFCCP analyzes all decision-making tools for possible adverse impact.
