Federal Enforcement and Outreach Coordination

WHD builds and maintains strong relationships with federal agencies to foster communication and better serve our nation’s workers and businesses. WHD has MOUs with other federal agencies concerning the various laws that WHD enforces. These partnerships provide for data sharing, referrals, coordinated enforcement, joint outreach and compliance assistance. They maximize WHD’s impact and the corresponding benefits for businesses and workers.
