Lori Frazier Bearden is a senior executive leader and military spouse committed to advancing generational change through data-driven policies that promote economic prosperity and upward mobility. She currently serves as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Employment and Training Administration (ETA). Her leadership experience spans federal and state government, including roles as Director of the Office of Economic Development at HUD and Deputy Commissioner at the Georgia Labor Department. She has also served as Senior Policy Advisor to two state governors and the U.S. Department of Labor.
