Prohibiting Pay Secrecy Policies
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Midwest Regional Office cordially invites you to attend the Prohibiting Pay Secrecy Policies Webinar for federal contractors.
The OFCCP will be discussing the practices of Executive Order 13665 on how federal contractors and subcontractors are prohibited from discussing employment compensation. Additionally, OFCCP will be discussing different example scenarios and will go over how pay secrecy is investigated.
