2023 SWARM ILG Conference featuring OFCCP Construction On-Ramp Track Event

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)- San Antonio and Houston District Offices are pleased to be presenting a special session for the Southwest and Rocky Mountain Region (SWARM) National Industry Liaison Group (ILG) 2023 Conference in Forth Worth, TX taking place October 16-19, 2023. On October 17 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM the 2023 SWARM Region ILG Conference will include an immersive one-day construction track, with education and regulatory guidance from OFCCP District Directors.

This event will provide programs including: “Overview of OFCCP Construction Requirements,” “Construction Compliance: Nuts & Bolts,” and “Construction Compliance: Affirmative Action Programs.”

Registration through the ILG website required. Construction contractors can attend the one-day OFCCP sessions only at a reduced rate OR they can attend the regular conference and opt to attend the Construction sessions on the first day.
