What to Expect During the Compliance Review

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Richmond Area Office invites you to attend a virtual Contractor Compliance Assistance event. We are providing you and other contractors the opportunity to attend this session that offers a understanding and what to expect during a compliance review and common problem found during the compliance review process. The presentation guides federal supply and service contractors through their Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action obligations. This presentation addresses your obligations found under the regulations implementing EO 11246, VEVRAA, and Section 503. This event should help contractors determine what additional preparations they may need to undertake to prepare for a scheduled compliance evaluation.
