The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Midwest Region Office Cordially Invites Everyone to Attend

Inclusion in the Workplace Webinar


The OFCCP will provide an agency overview that will include workplace protections against employment discrimination and harassment for LGBTQIA+ workers. Natalie Lasky, armed forces veteran from the LGBTQIA+ community and multimedia journalist, will discuss her experiences on transitioning in the workplace and provide ways in which HR and Senior Leadership can foster and create LGBTQIA+ friendly workplaces. Brandon Million will discuss ways to create an inclusive atmosphere for LGBTQIA+ employees. Further he will discuss things that LGBTQIA+ employees need to look for or ask potential employers.
