Workers Protection Event – Protecting Your Workplace Rights

Please join the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs - Baltimore District Office which will be hosting a virtual event Protecting Your Workplace Rights.

This event will provide:

• General overview of OFCCP
• Information on employee and applicant rights and protections under race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, and inquiring about or disclosing pay.
• Defining/providing definitions of discrimination and harassment as well as
• Information on filing a complaint
