amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on January 3, 2013 by a State Workforce Official
on behalf of workers supplying medical transcription services
for Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
