Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 22, 2011 by a state workforce representative on behalf of
workers of Ericsson Services, Inc., currently known as Ericsson,
Inc., Service Assurance, Deployment and Integration, and
Engineering and IS/IT Divisions, Kansas City, Missouri. The
worker group includes on-site leased workers from Convergenz,
LLC.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under existing certification TA-W-75,056 that expires on
February 2, 2013. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
