Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on February 3, 2010 by three workers of A&S
Building Systems, a division of NCI Building Systems, Inc.,
Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
The petition is a duplicate of petition number TA-W-73,368,
filed on January 27, 2010, that is subject of an ongoing
investigation. Therefore, further investigation in this case
would serve no purpose and the investigation has been
terminated.
