Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an
investigation was initiated on July 22, 2002, in response to a
petition filed on behalf of workers at Scotty Fashions #6,
Lehighton, Pennsylvania.
The investigation revealed that there is an existing
petition (TA-41,665A) for the subject firm that has been assigned
to another investigator.
Consequently further investigation in this case would serve
no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
