Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an
investigation was initiated on January 14, 2002, in response to a
petition filed by workers on behalf of all workers at Cuyahoga
Valley Railway, Cleveland, Ohio.
On March 21, 2002, the petitioning group of workers were
certified eligible to apply for trade adjustment assistance under
petition number TA-W-40,786. Consequently, further investigation
in this case would serve no purpose, and the investigation has
been terminated.
