Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation
was initiated on August 27, 2001, in response to a petition filed
on behalf of workers at Huntsman Polymers, Odessa, Texas.
Petition TA-W-39,887 is a duplicate of a previous petition (TA-W-39,780),
which was certified on August 29, 2001.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no purpose,
and the investigation has been terminated.
