National Anti-Slavery Day: The Dysfunction of The Special Courts Dealing with Slavery Cases - Description of a presentation on "Challenges of the implementation of Law 2015-031" given by Magistrate Bâ Aliou, President of the Special Criminal Court of Nema in charge of slavery cases.  This event -- National Anti-Slavery Day -- was celebrated on 6 March 2017 in Kiffa, Mauritania.  It was sponsored by the Association of Mayors of Assaba in collaboration with the International Labour Office (ILO).
