Consultation relative au diagnostic pour contribuer à l’amélioration de l’action de la justice pénale à partir de la loi n°2015-031 portant criminalisation de l’esclavage et réprimant les pratiques esclavagistes

A report presenting a legal analysis of Law No. 2015-031 criminalizing slavery and repressing slavery-like practices, the role of institutions (both governmental and civil service) in enabling complaints to be made under that law, and beginning the development of a practical guide on how to build the capacity of all stakeholders to identify situations of slavery and deal with them until they are resolved.
