Impact evaluation baseline report

Baseline study conducted in order to:
1) Estimate the prevalence of child labor in 4 target districts by sex and by age group, including the percentage of children working, the percentage of children in child labor and hazardous child labor (HCL) as well as the proportion of children at high risk (CAHR) of engaging in child labor;
2) Provide baseline values for project indicators,
3) Provide context-related information on: household/family characteristics for children in child labor, formal/non-formal education opportunities for children, employment opportunities for youth 15-17, and involvement of cocoa processing/buying companies and farmer unions/cooperatives.
