Background study on strengthening national action to address child labour in Malaysia

This paper provides a background on the situation of child labor in Malaysia, legislative frameworks related to child labor, national policies and programs to address child labor, the role and capacity of stakeholders to implement the National Action Plan, and the tentative formulation process of the National Action Plan.
