Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 20, 2019 on behalf of workers and former workers of Georgia-
Pacific Consumer Operations, LLC, Port Hudson Operations, a
subsidiary of Georgia-Pacific, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Koch Industries, Inc., Zachary, Louisiana (TA-W-94,644) and
Georgia-Pacific Wood Products, LLC, Sterling CNS Mill, a
subsidiary of Georgia-Pacific Building Products Operations LP, a
subsidiary of Georgia-Pacific, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Koch Industries, Inc., Brunswick, Georgia (TA-W-94,644A).
The worker group of TA-W-94,644 are eligible to apply for
Trade Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-93,624A (certification
expires on January 22, 2021); the worker group of TA-W-94,644A are
eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-
94,810A (certification expires on September 27, 2021).
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
